Received a bait and switch offer for an Acura Mdx with technology in the mail. The particular VIN turned out to be a demo “base “model. The general manager Paul Christian did a great job and gave me a great deal and I ended up purchasing. Just disappointed that the pricing model did not match the offer portion

My recent service experience did not meet my expectations, primarily due to the customer service.
As a walk-in customer, I was greeted but was not provided with any instructions regarding the check-in process or expected wait time, leaving me unsure of what to do next.
The manager assisted me after I entered and asked whether I would be waiting or if someone would be picking me up. Antonio did a very good job today. Greeting was prompt. Antonio was thorough with explaining the services that needed to be performed including pictures.
Customer service is fantastic, dealership very organized and clean. My service advisor Antonia Mora is great, kept me updated, took the time explained everything to me in detail.
Acura service always takes care of my car. I trust them and Brandy, my advisor goes above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one.

Brandy @ Service Dept was great & helpful! If you bring your car there for maintenance, see Brandy. She'll take good care of your car. However, the schedule appointment system was very bad. It didn't show that I make an appointment while I had email confirmation. I got there a few minutes early & waited for 20 minutes to find out i didn't have an appointment with the advisor that I had made. So, don't do online appointment. This wasn't the first time it happened to me.
Excellent professional service with personalized attention to the customer. Everyone I interacted with made me feel valued, especially my service advisor Brandy who tailored the service and the advice for my specific needs. There is an Acura dealer closer to home, but I drive the extra distance because I know I will be taken care of here.
This dealership is located in a good location for ease of access. The service centre is being modified so it will be a while till they get a better place

I took my car into what used to be Sterling McCaul Acura (now Group 1) for scheduled maintenance. I was upsold on other service as well (my fault) and quoted one number for the services. I then received an estimate with another, lower number and a signature/initial that I did not provide. Once the service began, I received another alert with recommendations for additional services that really shouldn’t be necessary on a car with less than 11k miles on it, such as a fuel system flush and wheel alignment. I initially arrived at Sterling mcall acura to have a tire rotation, 50k mile service, yearly inspection, a detail, and a brake checkup to remedy a squeaking I heard daily. All is well after my drop off, I received an Uber home and an Uber back to pickup my vehicle. Upon arriving back nearly 4-5 hours later, I noticed my tires are still in the same place and my inspection sticker is the same as when I left. I have been coming to this dealership for decades. They are always courteous and responsive. If the issue does not get resolved the first time, they keep working on a solution until we solve the problem. They always remind me when service is due and I get a loaner if things take too long. I am very pleased with my service rep, the other reps who step in when he is gone, and the technicians.
Waiting time is too long. I waited more than 4 hours for a fuel pump replacement.
A reasonably good experience. I would recommend being very thorough inspecting the vehicle prior to signing paperwork and driving off the lot. I am disappointed with the overall condition of the vehicle, specifically the claimed dealer add-ons.

Why does the agent have to huff and puff and rolling eyes when I come in 5pm on my scheduled time ? If the timing is not welcomed, why does the self scheduling have the spot open for appointments?
