The TLX Type S model brings a different 3.0-liter engine that produces 355 HP instead, but you’ll love the increase in horsepower.

 

What is the Acura TLX Top Speed?

Software limited, the TLX has a top speed of 155 miles per hour. It’s best to never drive a vehicle past the speed limit to protect your engine’s performance ability and the safety of other drivers nearby. The strongest TLX Type S and Type S Performance Wheel & Tire trims create the strongest performance ratings; its 155 mile per hour top speed is just a great bonus on top. The standard Acura TLX, A-Spec®, Technology, and Advance models produce a maximum speed of 131 mph.
